2. Quotes and pricing
Quotes are estimates in CAD. Final pricing is confirmed on site before work begins.
- Estimates assume normal site conditions and accessible fixtures.
- Unforeseen conditions (e.g., corroded lines, code upgrades) may require change orders.
- Taxes, permits, disposal, and expedited delivery fees may apply where relevant.
3. Appointments
We offer flexible scheduling. Missed appointments may incur a fee.
- Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice.
- A no‑show fee may be charged if our technician cannot access the site within 20 minutes of arrival.
- Emergency calls are prioritized and may include after-hours surcharges.
4. Warranties
Workmanship warranties vary by service; parts are covered by manufacturer terms.
- Workmanship: up to 12 months for standard residential service, unless specified otherwise on invoice.
- Manufacturer parts: subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty and exclusions.
- Warranty is void where third parties alter our work without written approval.
5. Liability
We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or issues outside the service scope.
- Indirect or consequential damages are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Customer is responsible for clearing access and protecting sensitive areas prior to work.
6. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the issue, site, fixtures, and access requirements.
- Ensure an adult is present during the appointment and has authority to approve work.
- Obtain necessary landlord or strata approvals where applicable.
7. Payment terms
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept major cards and verified e‑transfer. Cheques only by prior approval.
- Late balances may accrue interest at 2% per month (24% annually) where lawful.
- Invoices, receipts, and warranty documentation are provided electronically.
8. Access and safety
- Technicians may refuse unsafe work conditions (e.g., structural risk, hazardous materials).
- Pets must be secured. Pathways to work areas must be clear of obstructions.
- Water/gas shutoffs must be accessible; you authorize necessary shutoffs during service.
9. Permits and code
Where permits or inspections are required, we will advise and can assist upon request.
10. Intellectual property
All website content, service guides, and documentation are owned by Naxawoo Plumbing or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or redistribute without permission.
11. Acceptable website use
